Phase One
The Foundation
This is where it all begins. In the Foundation Phase, we get to know you—your body, your lifestyle, your habits, your schedule, and your relationship with food. We collect data, observe patterns, and start making micro-adjustments that generate real momentum.

Phase THREE
The Reverse Diet
We’ve all seen (or lived) the cycle—lose weight, gain it back, sometimes even more. The Reverse Diet is your way out. Here, we guide your metabolism to adapt to higher calories without gaining the weight back.
